Akos
Ariadus/Lemgo Stamm Q0604
Bonits: 7,6,7,6,6,7,8

Akos is a medium size, very modern type son of Ariadus, out of a performance-tested premium sister to AHHA Stallion, Lotus T. Akos has great conformation, lofty, powerful gaits, impeccable jumping technique and he is very easy to ride. Akos was an 8-8 premium yearling, then he became the youngest ever approved stallion by the Belgian Warmblood Association as a 2-year-old. He was sold shortly afterward and was not worked or promoted until his return to Prairie Pines a week before the AHHA approvals in the fall of 2006. He has been in dressage and jumping training since and he will start his performance career on the Florida circuit in 2007.

Amour/ Lintas (choice of one)
AMOUR (see website for photo)
Aurelio/Athlet Z/Patricius Stamm 1193 17.1 hands
Bonits: 8,7,7,6,6,6,8

When top German Judge Hans-joachim Ahsbhahs saw Amour jump as a three-year-old, he said "AMOUR would be a top international jumper". Imported at two years, he was presented and approved as a breeding stallion at three years of age by the ISR / Odenburg Association and the American Holsteiner Horse Association. He was consistently given the highest possible scores for jumping talent and ride ability.

AMOUR placed second overall with 127.85 total points in the largest 100-Day Test ever held in the USA. Twenty stallions were presented. This 3-year-old received the highest score of all 3, 4 or 5-year-old's, and was the highest scoring Holsteiner. He was given 9 's on jumping and rideability, 8's on walk, trot and canter.

LINTAS (photo at right)
Linaro/Lacapo/Capitano Stamm 1811 17 hands.
Bonits: 9,8,8,8,8,9,9

SIEGERHENGST !!
LINTAS: Available for the first time in the U.S.A. This beautiful stallion was chosen number one of his class in Germany from over 80 young stallions. This top honor goes to the stallion who comes as close to perfection as can be imagined in conformation, walk, trot, canter and jumping ability. But then, after all this, he must have something extra special to make him stand out in this crowd of the best that Germany has bred. He has that something special in great abundance! Class, beauty and ability!

LINTAS: He was presented by his prior owner, the Holsteiner Verband, for the 100 day test in Medingen in 1998. He scored 118.36 total points, 123.14 in dressage and 106.15 in jumping. He scored all 9’s for character, temperament, walk and canter. Trot and jumping were both an 8.

LINTAS: His first foal crop produced Lintasboy R, born 1999; he is an approved breeding stallion in Germany with the unbelievably high test score of 143.39.

LINTAS: His pedigree combines the best of jumping and dressage. His sire Linaro is known to produce outstanding dressage horses and his Dam’s sire Lacapo is the sire of the great stallion Flemmingh, one of the highest FN rated stallions of all time. With Silbersee and Capitano in his background, he has the blood to produce the best for all sports.

PLEASE NOTE: You are bidding on a CHOICE of either stallion. Winning bidder gets his/her choice.

Ariadus/Quinar/Linaro (choice of one)
Ariadus
Acord II/Latus II/Laertes Stamm 2004 16.3 hands
Bonits: 9,8,8,8,8,7,7 (Germany)
At first sight this young stallion is strikingly beautiful; then you realize how comfortable you are standing next to him. Super temperament combined with absolutely correct conformation make him an ideal addition to Fox Fire Farm. Most importantly, Ariadus is from Accord II, 100 Day Test champion, and contains no close Cor de la Bryere or Landgraf blood. He received a "9" on type and "8's" on both front and hind legs; a score seldom seen.
Ariadus is by Accord II(Ahorn) out of a Latus II (Landgraf)/Laertes mare. Ariadus granddam is the dam of CAPITOL, legendary sire from Holstein. Ariadus was 4th at the 1995 stallion approvals in Neumunster. He is a Premium rated stallion with 54 bonits. Ariadus is the most beautiful stallion we have seen. Ariadus "alternative" bloodines to Cor de la Bryere and Landgraf are much needed here in the U.S. Ariadus had more Premium foals in the AHHA in 2002 than any other stallion (based on number of mares bred). Fox Fire Farm has never received more postitive comments about the temperament of their foals than for Ariadus.

Quinar (photo at right)
Quidam de Revel/Aloube Z/ Calypso I
Bonits: 9,9,8,8,6,7,9 Stamm 1020
During Quinar’s approvals in 1997 he showed his perfect way of freejumping and movement, both of which he passes on to his offspring. At the 2003 approvals in 2003 in Neumunster, Quinar had his breakthrough. He had 6 sons at the approvals, all modern in type, with good movement and jumping with special quality. An outstanding appearance in jumping was from the son Quick Nick. At the auction from approved stallions this son was bought for a record price of 400,000 euro. As of now there are 7 approved sons by Quinar. For the Bundeschampionart in Warendorf Quinar had 5 of his descendants with the 5 year old qualified horses and from the 6 year old horses was his approved son Quality (Gerd Sosath) in the finals.

Linaro
Landgraf/Calypso II/Ladykiller Stamm 18A2
Bonits: 9,8,8,7,7,8,9
You can't do much better for bloodlines than Linaro whose bloodlines reach very deep into the heart and history of Holstein. As champion stallion of his 100 Day test in 1991, Linaro went on to the German riding horse championships in Verden.
Linaro’s offspring are characterized by their legginess and unmistakable beauty. He is also able to pass on his dark brown color, huge, elastic movement and jumping prowess. What a thrill it was to see Linaro produce the Champion Stallion at the 1997 Holsteiner stallion approvals in Neumunster, Germany.

PLEASE NOTE: You are bidding on a CHOICE of either stallion. Winning bidder gets his/her choice.

Secret Agent received 9’s in jumping technique, ability & scope, 9 for his pedigree and solid 8’s in dressage under rider. This exceptionally handsome young stallion has all of the qualities breeders desire: elegance, agility, power, intelligence, and a commanding presence surpassing that of his sire, the renowned jumping stallion Sabotage (the only two-time IJF Champion). Secret Agent’s first crop was shown at the 2005 AHHA Approval tour with two yearling fillies receiving premium status. Untouchable Secret received 8-8 and Undercover Agent received 7-8. Secret Agent’s dam, First Classic, is a foundation mare that has produced two approved stallions, two premium mares (both full sisters to Secret Agent, one receiving 48 points at the 2002 AHHA Approvals) and several premium foals.

Stealth
Sabotage/Blue Host XX/Silver Wings XX Stamm Q0486
16.2+ hands
Bonits: 7,7,6,7,6,8,8
Stealth was approved by AHHA in October 2000, receiving the highest score of the stallion approval, including straight 9’s in his jumping phase under saddle. His elegance, power, rhythm, extra jumping ability and technique earned high praise from German and American judges for his modern type.
Stealth combines the power and technique of his sire Sabotage (the only stallion to win the International Jumper Futurity twice), and the elegance and elasticity of his dam, My Jewel XX, a highly successful show jumper herself. My Jewel’s female family has produced both race and sport horses including Kentucky Derby winner and sire Lawrin, and the show jumper Triple Crown. My Jewel is inbred to the influential sires and dams Alibhai, Hyperion, Teresina, Mahmoud, Blenheim II, and Blue Larkspur who between them appear in the pedigrees of over 200 national and international hunters, jumpers, dressage and event horses.
Stealth began his performance career in 2001, successfully competing in 2nd Level Dressage under Heather Bender, always placing highly with 70% scores. In 2004, Stealth entered the Jumper arena under Mandy Goosen, exhibiting tremendous scope and technique. In 2005 he has placed well in show jumping competitions (levels 4, 5 and 6) with many clear rounds. Stealth is destined to be a top stallion in both sport and breeding. In 2005 Stealth produced one premium colt, scoring 7 type and 8 movement and one merit filly scoring 7 in type and 7 in movement.

Contendro
Contender/Reichsgraf/Rasputin Stamm 104a
Bonits: 8,7,7,8,7,7,8

Contendro I was premium stallion at his approval in 1999 in Neumünster. His type is brilliant and expressive. His movement is elastic with much self-carriage in the trot and canter. In 2000 he won his stallion performance test in Adelheidsdorf, clearly victorious in the index for jumping with a score of 147.29. In the dressage index he ended in fourth place among the 39 stallions tested with a score of 131.09. In 2001 he placed with the best at the Holstein Riding Horse Championships and was nominated for the Bundeschampionat. Because he was so popular with mare owners, Contendro I had little time for competing but came home with a ribbon from every single show jumping test he entered.

Contendro's quality as a sire brought him trademark status very early. More than 30 of his sons have been licensed so far. Captain Fire, from Contendro I's very first crop, won the 2006 Bundeschampionat in the class for five year old jumpers. Charming Boy, the 2005 Champion Stallion of the Springpferdezuchtverband Oldenburg-International (OS) approval, finished his performance test in 2006 in Neustadt/Dosse as Reserve Champion. Condiro also finished his performance test as Reserve Champion. Another son, Comte, ended in second place in the index for jumping at his test and Contendros Bube finished his test as Reserve Champion. Contendro's licensed son, Codex On, was knocked-down for 170,000 Euro – the highest price at the
114th Hanoverian Elite Auction. At the 2004 Holstein approval his son Colandro became the second Reserve Champion. A Contendro I daughter called Con Pleasure was the celebrated 2005 OS Champion Mare and in the following year, her foal by Solitair sold at the 5th OS Elite Foal Auction in Vechta for a top price of 40,000 Euro. In 2006, Contendro I's daughters dominated the free jumping competitions in Verden:Cascada, Catalina and Cortina all took first place in the classes for four year olds. A Contendro I-Silvio I son took third place. A Contendro I son had his nose up front in the class for three year olds as well. In 2005, a State Premium candidate mare named Corletta won the class for three year olds. Contendro I is present nationally and internationally through his foals.

Cotopaxi

Cotopaxi was approved by the Holsteiner Verband in 1999. There, Dr. Thomas Nissen is quoted saying of Cotopaxi:
"His action with an excellent walk, predestines him for jumping where he received high test scores and performed with an almost optimal amount of carefulness, technique, and potential"

Cotopaxi is living up to his lineage in the reality of his performance where he accumulating clear rounds in highly competitive company such as the Gienow Cup at Spruce Meadows North American where he finished second. Another second place finish in the Blaylock Six Bar clearing 1.70m and videos of him in action are on our website. His versatility under saddle, demonstrating his correctness of gaits, willingness, and obedience has earned him wins in the dressage ring as well as a recognized 3-day event. Cotopaxi's success continues as a young sire with several foals out of both warmblood and thoroughbred mares scoring premium with 8's for conformation and gaits at the AHHA approvals. L. King Arthur
Lavall I/Calvados II/Tumbled XX
Stamm 456

L.King Arthur is a stunningly beautiful, refined, successful, modern German Holsteiner Stallion. He was AHHA licensed in 2007 based on his Remarkable Type (8’s for Type, Topline, and Canter) and his Outstanding Sports Record in the Jumper Arena at A+ rated USEF competitions.
It is no surprise L.King Arthur is so special, he has a royal pedigree. He is full brother to the Verband Approved stallion Lavados. They are out of the famous sports Stamm 456 (Gerco Schroeder rode Eurocommerce Montreal at the Athens Olympics and L.KA is from the same mother line and the same breeder). His father, Lavall 1, is the best modern mare producer in Holstein today. L.King Arthur also brings the noted blood of Calvados 2 (out of the legendary mare Biserta from Stamm 776) as the father to his mother. I anticipate L.King Arthur to have a profound positive effect in the production of AHHA horses, and like his father, a lasting effect on the mare lines.

Who is L.King Arthur? He is an incredible personality with a zany sense of humor and an intelligent eye . He epitomizes “Stallion Presence,” as he struts around with Regal Airs, but he never bites or misbehaves. Under saddle he is a dream to ride, going in a thick snaffle (even in the Grand Prix ring), he never pulls, is evenly balanced, light, extremely careful and conducts himself with a perfect character. He amazes the dressage riders as he effortlessly does his tempi changes, just for fun. This is a very special stallion.

Please consider L.King Arthur for 2008; he is an Imported German Holsteiner of Outstanding Type along with a Proven Jumper Sports Record.

Landlord
Landgraf/Rushing Waters xx/Marder
Landlord became, as a 2-year old stallion, Champion of the Holsteiner Stallion Selection. His jump index is 152. During his stallion test he received the highest points, a total of 147.42 and he received a 10 for free jumping and jumping under saddle. His full brother Liran jumped at International level with Michael Matz (USA). Landlord is very popular in Sweden and received the title ‘Elite’’ by the Swedish Studbook. His career as a breeding stallion started in Holstein where he still is very popular. In 2000 there were 33 offspring of Landlord registered in the S-jumping classes. He has sired several approved stallions and international sport horses like: Lanz, Land’s End, Culord, De Landfee, Lukas, Chinampa la Silla and of course Lianos who, with Rodrigo Pessoa, became the World Champion in 1998 and also won several Grand Prix like Aachen and Spruce Meadows. Also daughters of Landlord pass the genes of Landlord through: Index, won the Grand Prix of Neumunster and was 2nd in the Grand Prix of Nantes and Dusseldorf, Locando who placed 2nd twice in the Derby of Hamburg and a daughter of Landlord produced the stallion Casco.
In Germany Landlord is named, together with Landadel, as the most important sons of Langraf I.

Landmarck
Lavall I/Furioso/Fantast Stamm 7728
Bonits: 6,7,7,6,8,6,7
Landmarck is a beautiful example of the finest bloodlines in Holstein. His grandsire, Landgraf I, is the world’s leading sire of sporthorses with progeny earnings of almost $7,000,000 and his damsire, Furioso II, is second on the list with progeny earnings of almost $5 million. In Germany, Lavall I is proving increasingly valuable as a sire or damsire of approved stallions and top level competitors. Madam, Landmarck’s granddam, carries the popular Sacramento Song xx/Wahnfried cross that produced numerous other dams of approved stallions, as well as Olympic showjumper, Sandro.

Landmarck competed successfully in showjumping at the 4’6” level and in dressage to second level with his amateur owner rider. While preparing for his Grand Prix jumping career, he contracted EPM, a non-contagious protozoal disease which can affect coordination. He was sidelined for several years and although he has now completely recovered, it was decided to retire him to the breeding shed. When he gets the chance he still free jumps just for fun. As always, he is very sure with his mares and had a 100% conception rate in 2006.

Landmarck consistently passes on his correct front end, topline, good bone and elastic gaits. He produces ideal sporthorses for amateur and junior riders that are kind, focused, and easily trained. Most of Landmarck’s offspring are ridden by amateurs, including one in the Canadian Young Riders program doing upper level dressage and one doing preliminary level eventing. He works especially well with pure and part bred thoroughbred mares, adding height and movement. In addition, because Landmarck’s pedigree has no Cor De La Bryere and Landgraf I/Ladykiller only one time, he remains an excellent breeding choice for mares with multiple crosses to those lines.

Rachmaninov’s conformation is ideal for dressage or jumping and he shows this when you see him move out in the field or under saddle. He has a strong top line and a large intelligent eye that is passed on to his foals. His hind end is developing into the most powerful area of his body. He has great hooves and a very solid foundation that will pass on to any mare to add size and substance. His front legs are straight and correct and his hind legs have powerful hocks that can carry any amount of collection you would want or need for the top levels of dressage or jumping. His neck is long and set on high and he is very easy to put into a frame because of his correct conformation, willingness to perform and strong natural topline.

Rachmaninov, as a 2002 foal, already has shown his talent in the dressage arena and over fences. He has numerous awards with a high score of 72% in one of his first rated dressage shows. He free jumps easy over 5’ and shows talent for any high level discipline. His future is going to be exciting and will hopefully make a statement across the nation. If you are seeking a stallion that will produce a large quality foal that you will be able to make it to the top on, he is your stallion!

Runaway
Rasputin/Moltke/Colonel Stamm 185 16.2 hands.

Runaway represents a truly optimum choice for Holsteiner breeders in today's market. He competed throughout the USA and Canada in Grand Prix jumping through the age of 18 years after having been successful in both dressage and hunters. He has produced numerous offspring, which are also successful in sport at the highest level including Grand Prix jumpers and a winner of the International Jumper Futurity. His pedigree represents really outstanding bloodlines and no crosss to Landgraf or Corde, which makes him ideally suited to breeding mares with those bloodlines. In Germany, Rasputin, Runaway's sire is considered by many to be the BEST Holsteiner sire ever to have stood in Northern Germany. Though he only bred for two years, his offspring were all endowed with tremendous jumping ability and were very uncomplicated to ride. The addition of Moltke I and Colonel on the maternal side of the pedigree only add more positives to the picture by contributing mellow character and additional jumping blood transmitted from Cottage Son.

Sagnol
Sandro Hit/Landadel/Fantast
2001 Dark Bay/Brown Oldenburg Stallion -
A most promising dark colored stallion by the World Champion in dressage, Sandro Hit, who is probably the most popular sire in the world right now because of his outstanding offspring.
