The 2008 Foals have Arrived!

Our new Yearly Awards Program has been posted.


Show season is getting underway and we can't wait to show off our 2008 foals. Our first show was at Kasson Ridge on July 11th and what a great first show it was! We won both the Fillies of 2008 class and the Colts of 2008 class. Each of the three foals received at least 2 - 8s on the score sheets and all had wonderful comments. Special Congrats to Legacy and his owner, Allison! Legacy received a score of 80.6 to be the winner of the Colts of 2008, Colts Champion and Young Horse Reserve Champion at his very first show and less than 2 months old. Next up is the AHS Inspection at Brookside Equestrian Center in RI on July 17th. Wish us well!

So far 2008 has been a whirlwind year...3 foals born in the US, 1 in Germany, plus many projects underway. We are finally getting around to updating our website! New foal photos and videos will be going up through out the summer. While in Germany, we attended mare and foal shows and mare performance tests. EM Day Dream's first granddaughter was successfully completed her performance test and then went on to earn a 1A prize at the Bruchhausin Vilsen Mare Show...she is now SPA What If.

Hof Mendenhall mares produce the top foal at the Hoya region foal shows in Germany 2 years in a row!! In 2006, Shangri-la by Sandro Hit o/o SPS Pakesa won. In 2007, Legendary hm, a colt by Londonderry o/o SPS Destiny was named Champion! Also in the placings at this foal show, Sabatini hm, by Sandro Hit o/o SPS Pakesa placed 4th. In August 2007, we welcomed these two top producing mares to the US!
